Location: the hotel was short walk to a big old market hall which is cool, the center and Gamla Stan. There were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Sturehof that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The room is quiet and essentials you need, including a safe, a minibar, and iron and ironing board, is right there. The location is prime, near to a big old market hall, Gamla Stan and major tourist spots and the center of Stockholm, we liked it. The restaurant is about 100 metres from here.

I loved this property - fabulous hotel.

there were very comfy beds and a safe, a mini-bar, and an ironing set in the double room.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the shops, restaurants, and sightseeing venues nearby. The rooms were trendy and comfortable, and they provided all the necessary amenities. The linens on the bed and the bath sheets were amazing. the breakfast had a wide selection of interesting products, and we were able to order from a menu, which was a nice touch.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The hotel staff seemed inexperienced and lacked knowledge about the local area.

I got great value for my money at this beautiful and cozy hotel. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. The location was fantastic, centrally located near great restaurants and popular attractions. Most importantly, the staff was excellent - they were extremely friendly and accommodating, helping with everything from spa appointments to restaurant reservations.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a wider selection of options.

Spending my Christmas in this hotel was amazing! The breakfast was superb, with a lot of options to choose from. I loved the comfortable bed, and its fluffy pillows gave me a truly restful sleep. The location of the hotel was spot on, as it was just a few steps away from the main attractions. Plus, the staff was really nice and accommodating.

I noticed that the hotel was not very eco-friendly in terms of their towels and bedding. They changed the towels frequently and placed a lot of pillows and blankets on the bed, which felt like a waste.

The staff were consistently helpful and cheerful, and they even made our 8-month-old baby feel welcome. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and were impressed by the comfortable bed. The highlight was the private spa, where we spent a relaxing 45 minutes in the sauna and steam room while waiting for our room. The hotel's connection to the indoor market next door added to the lovely atmosphere.

The hotel lacked experienced and mature staff members, resulting in errors, such as pricing errors and difficulty getting recommendations.
